Since we produce all our own products we have full control of our own stock levels. This means that even if something is not in stock we can make it quickly so you don't see any delay in your order being shipped. Our general turnaround time for orders placed through the website will be between 2 hours and 1 working day to process, cut and despatch any custom orders. During busy periods (Mother's day, Father's day, Christmas etc.) turnaround times and postal times may increase without notice.
No, you can shop as a guest. However, by creating an account this lets you save your favourite items, view your order history,and track orders easily, (if applicable) and receive exclusive updates and offers.
- We completely get it, we change our minds too! If an order has not been processes, then yes we can alter or cancel it for you.
- If your order does not contain custom made items? then you can exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.
We process orders quickly to ensure a speedy delivery. If you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately. Changes may not be possible once your order has been processed.
We only offer support via email. This allows both parties to have a copy of all communication. Please Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We aim to reply to your message within 4 hours. However, please note at busy time this may vary.
Yes, we can source and cut from many other materials. Please contact us with your requirements and we'll see what we can do.
Yes, if the design is already prepared then please send us your design for review by using the file upload at the bottom of this page. We can quote you for cutting your own design.
We can also offer a custom design option if you have a specific idea in mind. We are ready to assist with creating a unique design for you if needed. (Extra Fees may apply)

- We use Shopify and PayPal for all our online orders.
- The total will be charged to your card when the order is placed.
Due to the low value items that we mostly sell. We only ship to the UK, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.
Shipping normally takes between 1-2 days. Next day delivery is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). This is calculated at checkout.
- If something has been broken in the post, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will replace the item free of charge.
- We will ask for you to send us photograph evidence of the broken item so we can ensure we are sending out the correct replacement.
- If you have already decorated your item/s then unfortunately they can not be replaced.
If you ordered personalised items these can not be returned as they have been made to your requirements. All other Items can be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, they must be unused, and include all the original packaging. Please contact us and we will generate a RMA number for you to add to your package before posting back to us.
Refunds are processed within 24 hours from when we receive your returned item(s).
