If your order does not contain custom made items? then you can exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

Due to the low value items that we mostly sell. We only ship to the UK, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.

Shipping normally takes between 1-2 days. Next day delivery is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge. This is estimated at checkout.)

Unfortunately personalised items can not be returned all other Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, they must be unused, and include all the original packaging. Please contact us and we will generate a return merchandise authorization number for you to add to your package before posting to us.
