Returns and Refunds
Items can be returned for any reason up to 14 days after delivery (excluding custom made orders, Script words and letters). We're sorry but we can't accept items for return after the 14 day period expires.
If they aren’t quite what you were expecting! since you’ve not physically seen the goods until they arrive, you are entitled to a full refund (Minus the initial shipping fee you occurred when ordering your item/s). All we ask is that they are returned unused in the original packaging and that you get in touch to let us know your planning on returning your order. As soon as we receive the items the payment will be charged back to your card.
Please make sure to contact us first before returning any items as you will be responsible for postage costs when returning any non-faulty items.
If you return your non personalised items, then only the cost of the items will be refunded and not the initial postage charge, However, we will refund your postage cost if we have made a mistake with the order.
Timescale
All returns will be processed within 48 hour of receipt.
Customisable Products
We can not accept returns for Customised Products.
These include Freestanding Shapes, Letters and 3mm Letters - These are all cut to order and to the sizes that you specify when placing your order. They are not an off the shelf item. These are all classed as Custom Orders and are non-returnable.
For items with customisation options, including Words, Letters or any product that have configurations, image personalisation, text inscriptions, or designs (such as engravings, monograms, or embossing. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt.
If your item contains personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, we are not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.
If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design because of a mistake by us then you can return your item for an exchange.
All product packaging (such as boxes) must be returned with the item.
