Shipping Policy

We dispatch all orders Monday to Friday. If they are placed before 3pm then we will ship your order the same working day (Monday to Thursday) our cut off for same day shipping is 12pm on a Friday. If you paid for your order after the stated cut off times then this will not be shipped until the next working day. During holidays, busy periods, or due to circumstances beyond our control, dispatch times and deliveries may take slightly longer than quoted.

Since we produce all out own products we have full control of our own stock levels. This means that even if something is not in stock we can make it quickly so you don't see any delay in your order being shipping. 100% of all orders that are placed on our website are processed and shipped within 1 working day.

We use Royal Mail 2nd Class & Courier services for our standard delivery service, we use Royal Mail 1st Class & next day courier services for our express delivery services. Depending on your parcel size or delivery service selected we will use the most appropriate service for your order.

From placement of order to delivery was first class, the frustrating part of the process is the lack of clarity on the confirmation invoice that is issued, therefore unable to check if spelling/style are correct.
When I contacted Laserworks on the style of wording on a previous order they confirmed style 2! But on receiving the order the style was different also there was a spelling mistake, when querying this I was advised that they supplied as per ordered!
As above greater clarity on the invoice would have avoided this.

Regarding spelling being correct! we copy and paste your names into our software and this is what is cut for your order, we do not question spelling of names as there are so many variations how people spell these this is why we copy and paste all your text to save mistakes on our part, it is solely up to you to make sure your spellings are correct.
Regarding the style! The style you ordered was style 2 but you ordered this from a different product this is why they look different! We also have a 'live preview available' on the product so you can see what your chosen name will look like in the different fonts available. It is labeled 'Select a font for a live preview'

Really happy with my acrylic cut out shape. It is exactly what I wanted. Laserworks were easy to communicate with, quick with their responses. They dealt with my query efficiently and professionally. Great service and product, I will buy from them again.

Just what was required!!

Very nice. Could be a bit smoother on the ogee edge. Will require a bit of sanding there but wise exactly what I wanted. Most, of not all, other plynths are too small.
Maybe some elliptical ones?
