Shipping Policy

We will close for the Christmas holidays and stocktaking at 4pm on Monday, 22nd December. Our cut off time for same day shipping is 2pm any orders placed after the stated cut off time will be processed when we re-open again on Monday 5th January 2026.

We dispatch all orders Monday to Friday. If they are placed before 2pm then we will ship your order the same working day (Monday to Thursday) our cut off for same day shipping is 12pm on a Friday. If you paid for your order after the stated cut off times then this will not be shipped until the next working day. During holidays, busy periods, or due to circumstances beyond our control, dispatch times and deliveries may take slightly longer than quoted.

Since we produce all our own products we have full control of our own stock levels. This means that even if something is not in stock we can make it quickly so you don't see any delay in your order being shipped. 100% of all orders that are placed on our website are processed and shipped within 1 working day.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 & Courier services for our standard delivery service, and Royal Mail Tracked 24 & next day courier services for our express delivery services.

Depending on your parcel size or delivery service selected we will use the most appropriate service for your order.

Please note that we do try to be as reasonable as we can with postage charges, the cost of posting doesn’t reflect the packing and boxes that we use or the time packing your items, LaserworksUK absorb those into our product pricing.
