We dispatch all orders Monday to Friday. If they are placed before 2pm then we will ship your order the same working day (Monday to Thursday). Our cut off for same day shipping is 12pm on a Friday. If you paid for your order after the stated cut off times then this will not be shipped until the next working day. During holidays, busy periods, or due to circumstances beyond our control, dispatch times and deliveries may take slightly longer than quoted.
Since we produce all our own products we have full control of our own stock levels. This means that even if something is not in stock we can make it quickly so you don't see any delay in your order being shipped. 100% of all orders that are placed on our website are processed and shipped within 1 working day.
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 & Courier services for our standard delivery service, and Royal Mail Tracked 24 & next day courier services for our express delivery services.
Depending on your parcel size or delivery service selected we will use the most appropriate service for your order.
To keep our item prices low, we don't hide delivery fees in our products. We aim to charge a sensible shipping rate based on what it costs us to send your order to you. LaserworksUK absorbs the full cost of all packaging materials and the time taken to pack your order—you only pay for the postage.

The delivery times and dates specified for orders are provided in good faith, based on estimates and the earliest possible delivery times offered by our courier services. Please note that delivery times do not include Bank Holidays and Weekends.
