Items can be returned for any reason up to 14 days after delivery (excluding custom made Items). We're sorry but we can't accept items for return after the 14 day period expires.
We can not accept returns for Customised Products.
These include All Acrylic Products, Freestanding Shapes and Letters and 3mm Letters & Scripts - These are all cut to order and to the sizes that you specify when placing your order. They are not an off the shelf item. These are all classed as Custom Orders and are non-returnable.
Not what you expected?
If they aren’t quite what you were expecting! since you’ve not physically seen the goods until they arrive, you are entitled to a full refund (Minus the initial shipping fee you occurred when ordering your item/s). All we ask is that they are returned unused in the original packaging and that you get in touch to let us know your planning on returning your order. As soon as we receive the items the payment will be charged back to your card.
Please make sure to fill out our Return Form Below before returning any items to us. You are responsible for postage costs when returning items back to us.
If you return your non personalised items, then only the cost of the items will be refunded and not the initial postage charge, However, we will refund your postage cost if we have made a mistake with the order.
Timescale
All returns will be processed within 48 hour of receipt.
