Laser cut from 3mm thick Medite MDF. This is the perfect material to use for decoration, it has a smooth finish and can be enhanced using Sprays, Paints, Stains, Inks, Varnish, Oils, Decoupage, etc.
We recommend you seal the mdf before painting using a diluted solution of PVA glue.
Sizes are approximately 5cm - 40cm high and we also have an 18mm thick version if you require a thicker Ampersand, The 18mm version will stand up on their own although some may need a little assistance with fine sandpaper before decorating them.

Like all Laser Cut projects: there will be tarnished edges and surfaces on and around the laser cut areas. There will also be a slight burnt odour which will disappear after decorating or within a few days of cutting. The tarnished surface can easily be decorated over or removed with very little effort, by using a very light grade sandpaper.
Shipping Delivery: via Royal Mail's 1st or 2nd class services. Delivered is normally within 1 to 3 working days. Most orders are shipped the same day if you order before 3pm, but at busy times this can take up to 24 hours. Orders placed after the cut off time will be shipped the next working day.
