Consider this important question. Would you want to receive a low quality photo frame as a Gift or a Present? Our frames are crafted from solid Oak, and not covered with inexpensive veneers. They also feature reinforced corners for enhanced durability. The back is secured with user friendly swivel fasteners to keep your photo firmly in place and also includes a 2mm thick clear glass insert and not a low quality Perspex or plastic one that will get scratched just by cleaning it.

The frames are designed to be displayed in both Portrait and Landscape orientations. 

Our expertly engraved frames are perfect for showcasing Wedding, Christening, Engagement or Anniversary photos, blending seamlessly into any setting.

Our frames are laser engraved using state of the art machinery to ensure a perfect finish that will last a lifetime. No visible burning on the frames.

Our Solid Oak Frame have a 3.2cm wide profile with a Depth of 1.6cm. Fitted with 2mm Glass and and a Black MDF back. They are sent out Tissue wrapped, inside a bubble bag and double boxed for added protection, meaning you will receive your item in perfect condition.

How to Place Your Order.
Please ensure you have double checked all your personalisation details before placing your order with us. As all engraving will be engraved onto your frame EXACTLY as your instructions. We do not offer refunds or replacements due to customer errors, so please double check all your spelling as mistakes can not be rectified once your order has been completed.

Choose your size and Orientation either Landscape or Portrait from the available dropdown menu. The orientation is for how you would like your text engraved.

Please note we do not offer a photo printing service, your order will contain only your personalised photo frame and will not include a printed photograph.
Your personalised details should contain English letters/Numbers only.

Delivery
We use a Tracked 48 delivery service which usually takes 2 working days once your personalised item has been dispatched.

Laser Cutting: The laser cutting process will leave a medium brown finish to the edges of the MDF after the laser cutting process has finished. Any laser processing marks to the top and bottom of the mdf can be removed by using a light grade sandpaper or by simply painting over them.

CNC Cutting: If your item was cut on one of our CNC router machine you will have no burnt edges, the edges will be clean and ready for you decorate.

Usage: All of our MDF designs are suitable to be used for indoor use only.

Delivery is via Royal Mail's Tracked 24 or 48 hour services. Delivered is normally within 1 to 2 working days. Orders are shipped the same day if you order before 2pm, but at busy times this can take up to 24 hours. Orders placed after the cut off time will be shipped the next working day. If you have purchased a bespoke item? then at busy times your order may get slightly delayed, as these are not off-the-shelf items as they are made to order.
